Benwell Hill Road

Located in a suburb of Newcastle, this existing house required the addition of a single storey extension. The work centres along the rear of the property, involving the removal of several internal and external walls to create an open environment that connects to the generous garden space. As well as generating space, the proposal also looks to add significant natural light by way of extensive glass doors and skylights. The material palette is sympathetic, with a number of the chosen finishes picked to blend into the local environment.
