Carlton Terrace

The brief of this project centres around a series of ground floor extensions and a loft conversion. The existing house is grand in appearance, with tall imposing sandstone stone and generous tall ceilings. The trick of resolving this brief therein was to work sympathetically to the existing fabric of the build by setting off the proposed works with extensive glass and native materials for a modern and sympathetic look.
