Opening up the existing house for light and space are the principals of this project. This semi-detached house in a suburb of Newcastle is proposed to have a large single storey extension and several refurbishments that will entirely increase the flow of the house. The end result will be a generous kitchen and dining space as well as more functional spaces for day-to-day uses.
